Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS An earned bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience in financial aid. A graduate degree may substitute for up to one year of experience, Three (3) years of increasingly responsible supervisory full-time equivalent experience including direct personnel management experience with selection, training, and evaluation of staff, and A demonstrative sensitivity to, and respect for, the diverse academic, socio-economic, ethnic, cultural, disability, religious background, and sexual orientation of community college students.
Salary: $103,291-$140,017/year
Work Term: 12 months per year
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time
