Minimum Qualifications: AQB Qualified to teach Real Estate Appraisal. Experience with Los Angeles County Office of the Assessor appraisals and training methodologies. Ability to teach online synchronous classes using Canvas. Preferably have at least 5 years of experience in teaching at the Community College level.
Salary: $85.09 hr
Work Term: 10 months
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time
