Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: Associate of Arts degree three (3) three years increasingly responsible experience in one or more of the following areas: facilities, maintenance and/or operations, minimum of 1 year of prior lead or supervisory experience. OR High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in one or more of the following areas: facilities, maintenance and/or operations, minimum of 1 year of prior lead or supervisory role. Increasingly responsible, successful supervisory experience involving facilities maintenance and repair. Demonstrate a sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds of staff and community college students and of staff and students with physical and learning disabilities.
Salary: $74,874 - $101,374 yr
Work Term: 12 Months Per Year
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time
