Minimum Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with community college students with disabilities, various sexual orientations, and diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds (Required). 2. Earned Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; OR THE EQUIVALENT; OR Earned Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution AND earned Master’s Degree in Health Education or Administration from an accredited institution; OR THE EQUIVALENT; OR The minimum qualifications as set by the Board of Registered Nursing, whichever is higher.
