Minimum Qualifications: Valid California Community College Instructor credential, appropriate to the subject, per Education Code 87355 (issued prior to July 1, 1990); ORAny Master's degree level discipline in which learning assistance or tutoring is provided at the college where the coordinator is employed; OR(a) the minimum qualifications to teach any master's level discipline in which learning assistance or tutoring is provided at the college where the coordinator is employed.A Master's degree in education, educational psychology, or instructional psychology, or other master's degree with emphasis in adult learning theory; ORPossess a combination of education and experience that is at least the equivalent to the above. Candidates making an application on the basis of equivalency must submit an Application for Equivalency in addition to all other required materials. Salary: $73.22 - $139.22 hr
