| Minimum Qualifications: |
Possess an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certification of Certified Working Pastry Chef* or higher. ServeSafe Manager's Certification or equivalent. ServeSafe certified instructor and proctor of examination. Versed in large scratch baked goods production. Experience with working with rolled fondant & production of wedding cakes. Experience with tempering chocolate. Experience with yeast bread dough and laminated dough production. |
