Minimum QualificationsAn associate degree from a recognized college or university in Veterinary Technology, Animal Science or closely related field AND two years of experience as a veterinary technician, in the nursing, care, and handling of animals AND one year of experience working with students in an organized setting.LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Applicants not possessing a current valid Registered Veterinary Technician license from the California State Veterinary Medical Association must have a Registered Veterinary Technician or equivalent license and receive a valid Registered Veterinary Technician license from the California State Veterinary Medical Association prior to completion of the probationary period.Valid CPR CertificateValid First Aid Certificate |
