| Minimum Qualifications: |
1. Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with community college students with disabilities, various sexual orientations, and diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds (Required).
2. Earned Master’s Degree in African-American/Black/Africana Studies or Latino Studies, La Raza Studies, Chicana/o Studies, or Asian-American Studies, or Native American/ American Indian Studies from an accredited institution;
OR
Earned Master’s Degree in Ethnic Studies from an accredited institution; OR THE EQUIVALENT.
